• Door closures, yes or no
• Door size for equipment clearance

• LAN connections in relation to furniture
• Conference room connections
• Types and locations of electronics’ connections in conference room
• Electrical and LAN for Airports in ceiling
• Videoconferencing capabilities; analog and ISDN lines

• Equipment placement
• What’s over the equipment in the ceilings?

• Asbestos
• Placement of columns
• Drains
• Signage

• Emergency power
• Electrical outlets
• Amount of lighting
• Types of lighting in general
• Types of lighting in conference rooms
• Dimmers in conference areas

• Storage of conference chairs and tables
• Supply storage space
