Logon Help

In order to access the NIH Census application we must know your network username, password and IC computer domain.
Depending on the version of your Operating System, you will see a logon dialog box with either 2 or 3 text fields, as shown below.
 

2 Text Fields





If your logon dialog box has 2 text fields, you are operating on Windows XP:
  • Enter your network domain, a back-slash, and your username in the User Name field.
     
  • Enter your network password in the Password field.

3 Text Fields




If your logon dialog box has 3 text fields, you are operating on Windows 2000:

  • Enter your username in the User Name field.
     
  • Enter your network password in the Password field.
     
  • Enter your network domain in the Domain field.
