The C.W. Bill Young Center (Building 33) is a new laboratory complex constructed for the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) to expand its research programs for developing new and improved diagnostics, vaccines, and treatments for diseases caused by infectious agents that may intentionally be released into civilian populations. The Complex is made up of approximately 150,000 gross square feet of state-of-the-art high containment biomedical facility. A 1230-car multi-level parking garage (MLP-10) is also part of the Complex.
