​The Office of Acquisitions (OA), Office of Research Facilities Development and Operations, supports biomedical research by providing contracting solutions to secure required architecture and engineering, construction, real estate leasing, and facility support services. Responsibilities are divided among the Office of the Director (OA-OD) and seven branches:


Architect Engineer, and Construction Contracting Branch (AECCB) –  Silver HNAM953
Provides A/E services, construction services, and any other services as may be required to support construction efforts.
 
Architect – Engineer, and Construction Contracting Branch (AECCB) –  Red  (AECCB) HNAM956
Provides A/E services, construction services, and any other services as may be required to support construction efforts.

Architect – Engineer, and Construction Contracting Branch (AECCB) –  Green​  (AECCB) HNAM957
Provides A/E services, construction services, and any other services as may be required to support construction efforts.


Facilities Support Services Contracting Branch  (FSSCB) – Yellow  HNAM954
Supply contractual support services for all facilities, repair, and maintenance for the National Institutes of Health.

 

Real Estate Contracting Branch (RECB) HNAM952
Provide real estate contracts and services for the National Institutes of Health including lease hold purchases of real property.
