Farhad Memarzadeh Received Howard Fawcett Award for 2010

Farhad Memarzadeh received the 2010 American Chemistry Society's Division of Chemical Health and Safety Howard Fawcett Award for 2010.  The award is for outstanding contributions to the science, technology, education and communication of chemical health and safety.  This award acknowledges his contributions to the practical application of Computational Fluid Dynamics principles to chemical laboratory design and ventilation.
 
The award was presented at the annual CHAS awards symposium at the Boston ACS meeting, August 22-26, 2010. The recipients were requested to prepare a 20 minute presentation and article for publication in the CHAS Journal of Chemical health and Safety.
