ORF-Bid-Board

The ORF E-Bid-Board is an online bid board developed to increase competition and awareness for proposed contract actions not expected to exceed a $25,000 acquisition threshold.

This requirement will be firm-fixed price contract awarded as a Total-Small Business set-aside. This requirement will be met in accordance with FAR 13.5. All qualified bids, if timely received, will be considered for award; award will be based on lowest price received.



Bethesda = Campus:  Bethesda Maryland, DC Metro Leased Facilities, Frederick or Poolesville

RTP = Campus:  Research Triangle Park, Durham, North Carolina

RML = Campus: Rocky Mountain Laboratories, Hamilton, Montana
