Division of Facilities Planning (DFP)

​The Division of Facilities Planning (DFP) coordinates and manages all planning related to NIH owned and leased facilities on all campuses. Rick Herring is the Director, 301-803-8780.

Areas of responsibility include:

 

Facilities Planning and Programming Branch – (FPPB)
Provides short- and long-range master planning for all NIH-controlled campuses and facilities, including traffic planning.
Manages space and census data.
Space Planning and Management Branch (SPMB)
Conducts program space planning coordination across all NIH Institutes, Centers and Offices.
