Description:

The Edmond J. Safra Family Lodge at NIH was designed to look like an early 1900s English Arts and Crafts manor.  It was completed in 2005 and provides home-like respite for families and loved ones of adult patients receiving care in the NIH Clinical Center.  The Lodge has 34 guest rooms and includes a library, a business and telecommuting center, a fitness center, a home-style kitchen, a laundry room, social areas, and gardens with walking paths and seating areas.
